I'm Dan Rawitch
I began my career originating FHA and VA loans in 1978. I was recruited to Bear Stearns a leader in Mortgage backed securities. I rose quickly to Vice President of the the firm's Asset and Liability group where I helped manage billions of dollars of large institution funds.
Looking to grow my own companies I founded Data Fax which became the 4th largest Mortgage Credit Reporting firm in the Nation and moved on to founding RPM mortgage. My experience serving thousands of mortgage brokers and leading several successful companies has taught me the ins and outs of the industry so with The Mortgage Processors I strive to use well trained brokers and the newest technologies to help you make your business run smoothly.
